A Louisiana mother-of-four was stabbed to death and left to die in the backseat of her car Saturday evening during what was supposed to be a date.
31-year-old Carol Allen had been communicating with her alleged killer, 25-year-old Jerome Wilson, before they decided to meet up in Hammond at around 2:30 p.m.

Investigators said that Wilson tried to steal Allen’s car and the pair was involved in a fight that ended with the suspect stabbing Allen multiple times.
Wilson was arrested in Natchitoches after he called police seeking help with low air in the tire of his bicycle.
He was charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery with a knife.
