A 4-year-old Florida child is dead after a truck crashed into a bicycle on a main street in Miramar Beach Tuesday afternoon.
Florida Highway Patrol said the child was in a cart pulled by a bicycle traveling along Scenic Gulf Drive and Highway 98.

A truck turned onto the highway from Scenic Gulf Drive as the bicycle crossed the street and a collision unfolded at the intersection.
The 40-year-old cyclist sustained minor injuries while the 4-year-old child died at the scene.
It remains unclear whether the 65-year-old driver of the truck will face charges in connection to the deadly collision.
