A Texas man is behind bars, accused of letting a 10-year-old girl drive a pickup truck, which resulted in the death of an innocent 6-year-old boy.
The incident occurred on Sunday when the girl complained to Clinton Earl Johnson Jr., 31, that the pickup was blocking her tricycle’s way.

Johnson, who was grilling at the time, reportedly told the girl to “scoot it up” before she lost control and crashed into a porch, killing a 6-year-old boy.
The boy’s mother told detectives her son was using her phone when he was hit by the pickup truck.
Johnson claimed that the girl had previously driven the truck on backroads. He and the boy’s mother admitted to having three to four drinks each while grilling.
