A Las Vegas man was arrested last week and charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed a 3-year-old girl 11 times to get “demons out of her.”
Alan Wilson, 28, stabbed the girl seven times in her back, twice in the arm, and once in the armpit and hand as family members tried to pull the knife out from him.
“I need to get the demons out of her, I need to save her,” Wilson reportedly said.
Following the March 31 incident, the girl suffered damaged artery, kidney wounds, and spleen injuries and underwent several surgeries.
The suspect’s stepfather, who is the child’s grandfather, called 911.
Wilson who fled the scene was found outside a business and busted without incident.
He was booked into Clark County Detention Center on attempted murder and battery with the use of deadly weapon charges.
