An 11-year-old boy died over the weekend after he reportedly tried TikTok’s chroming challenge during a sleepover at a friend’s home.

Tommie-Lee Gracie Billington was found unresponsive at around noon Saturday and brought to a Lancashire hospital for treatment.

His grandmother said doctors tried everything to revive him after he went into cardiac arrest but to no avail.

The challenge, known as chroming and huffing, consists of inhaling fumes from toxic substances from cleaning products.

The act affects the nervous system and can lead to dizziness, slurred speech, and sometimes death.
