San Antonio news, Texas news.

A 10-year-old Texas boy made a shocking confession after threatening to kill his classmate on a school bus, the Gonzalez County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies were questioning the preteen about the threats made to the students when he unexpectedly confessed to committing a murder two years earlier while he was only 7.

The boy detailed how he took his grandfather’s gun from the glove box and went to the RV of 32-year-old Brandon O’Quinn Raspberry where he shot him in the head as he slept.

The boy told deputies that the gun he used to kill Brandon had been pawned; Investigators found the gun and confirmed it was the crime weapon in Brandon’s death.

The child, who won’t face charges over Brandon’s murder because he was under the age of 10, was taken to a psychiatric hospital and then to a juvenile detention facility on the terroristic threat charge.
