Weeks after he spent the night outside a relative’s Houston residence, the mother of an abandoned baby remains at large while facing criminal charges.

Security camera footage showed the mother, identified as 23-year-old Loretta Faye Norwood, stepping out of a vehicle on March 21, at around 12:10 a.m., while holding a car seat.

The woman then places the car seat that contains her 8-month-old baby near the door of a house and leaves.
