The landlord of a troubled young man accused of killing a teen revealed chilling details about his living conditions.
Kyrill Kehl, 26, bypassed security and broke into an apartment on the 34th floor of the Icon Brickell building in Miami on June 8.
After trying to break into other apartments, Kehl found the door to Dominic Ferrell’s home open and entered, stabbing the sleeping 17-year-old to death.
Kehl then left the apartment and went to another building, where he jumped several hundred feet to his death.
His landlord said that his apartment was something “out of a horror movie” and that he knew the tenant would end up making headlines one day.
“I remember specifically leaving the building and saying: “I have a feeling we haven’t heard the last of this dude. Watch, this mother**ker is gonna be on the news one day,” the landlord said.
“I had this weird inkling feeling of like, Dahmer. I literally had this thought like: ‘Oh my God, we’re dealing with Dahmer here.’Jeffrey Dahmer vibes.”
Kehl’s fridge was filled with chunks of maggot-infested meat, and he wouldn’t let anyone approach his closet.
“Don’t go in there,” he reportedly told the landlord. “How could anybody live in here with this smell? It smells like something is rotting.”
“It was like something out of a horror movie.”
