Four people are dead after a van crossed over a median and collided head-on with a car in the New York City suburb of New Castle.
The crash occurred Wednesday evening when a van heading south on the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester crossed the center median and entered the northbound lanes, ramming into a Honda Sedan.
