Mercer County news, Missouri news.

Authorities in Missouri confirmed that human remains found on a private property in Mercer County Tuesday by a turkey hunter belonged to an Iowa teen who had been missing for about six years.

Sebastian Tyrese Husted, 18, last contacted his brother on Jan. 22, 2018, asking for a ride from his job at a Mercer County hog confinement.

When the brother asked for an address, Sebastian never answered; the teen, who was about to become a father to his first son Kendrick, vanished leaving everything but his phone behind.
