Westerly news, Rhode Island news.

A human leg was found near Taylor Swift’s mansion in Rhode Island, sparking theories of a serial killer roaming free in southern New England, with 13 bodies discovered in three months.

Authorities were called to the ritzy Watch Hill neighborhood in Westerly at around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The human bone was reportedly washed up. Foul play is not suspected.

“It was probably a couple of football fields away from Taylor Swift’s house and the Ocean House,” a resident said.
